OWH Bloghop Winner...and questions answered!!!

Many of you asked about the background on my card.  I used the Tim Holtz Sizzix Alterations Texture Fade Sun Rays. It comes in a set with Retro Circles.  At the moment Cut n Paste Memories is out of these but I do have some on order.
